Ronnaliter (symbol: RL) is a metric unit of volume equal to 1027 liters, or one octillion liters. The ronnaliter was introduced in 2022 as part of the expanded SI prefix system to represent extraordinarily large volumes. Although it has few practical applications today, it provides a standardized way to express immense quantities of liquids or gases in scientific research, astronomy, environmental studies, and large-scale data modeling. One ronnaliter is equal to 0.001 quettaliter or 1,000 yottaliters, making it useful for conversions involving the largest metric volume units.
